Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and CTA Manufacturing hangtags remain intact.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return label provided via email, then attach it firmly to the exterior of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
